Dom Barraclough takes on the Triple for Burton & District Mind
Dom from Finch Consulting and his good friend Charlie have decided to challenge themselves with another some huge events this year!
Dom has completed the Manchester Marathon, on time too raising £2000. The Manchester Marathon was the first of the challenges they're doing to raise money for Burton & District Mind this year.
The next challenge is Chase the Sun in June: starting on the east coast at Whitley Bay, England, when the sun comes up cycle to the west coast, arriving at the esplanade at Ayr, Scotland, before the sun goes down.
After they have completed Chase the Sun, they will be embarking on the huge challenge that is The Ride Across Britain! In September Dom & Charlie will be cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats in 9 days, camping all the way.
Dom will also be doing a skydive with Keri from Burton & District Mind on the 14th of July! More to come on this…

The sky is the limit when it comes to taking on a challenge for Burton and District Mind.
We want you to have fun whilst raising funds for us, which is why we have given you a head start with some event ideas below.

How does registering for an event work?
When you register for an event there will be a registration fee. This covers administration and the cost of your chosen activity. We do not receive any funds from your registration fee.

Now you've set the ball rolling, let your friends, family and work colleagues know that you're taking on a challenge in aid of Burton and District Mind and ask them if they'd like to sponsor you. Many of our Fundraising Family like to set up a JustGiving page, as it helps to promote their challenge and it's easy to gather donations online. You're almost there. Complete your challenge then transfer the funds over to us here at Burton and District Mind. We love to champion our supporters on social media, so please do send us in photos with a brief description of the challenge you completed and your name and we will let you know when it will go live.
