Our Eco-Therapy at the Muddy Boots Garden is back next week on Tuesday the 21st of January!!!
At Burton and District Mind we are proud to offer a fantastic Eco-Therapy Course to support our local community. It is an opportunity for participants to come and experience the many benefits that being out in nature can have on our mental health, whilst being around others in a supportive environment.
Throughout these sessions, you will get to…
- Use the Muddy Boots Garden
- Experience Forest Bathing
- Do many Arts and Crafts projects such as the bug hotels we made in the past!
It truly is a great time, and we can not wait to get started again.
