This month, we are very excited to be starting two new FREE Mind Makeover Groups, which are available to people across Burton, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
Mind Make-Over is an exciting 10-12 week Mental Health education Programme focused on many different aspects of mental health and can be fantastic opportunity for both people looking to learn more, and people that are currently struggling.

- Mind Makeover in Burton
