At Burton & District Mind, we need your help to shape the future of mental health projects across East Staffordshire, Lichfield District and Tamworth Borough.

Back in 2024, we did our very first ‘Help us to Help you’ survey, and this truly helped us find ways to support our community better. It gave us insights into what our community truly needs, and what services/projects could help.

One such way was to reveal our need to better understand the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. Since then, we’ve taken steps to engage with LGBTQIA+ people, tailoring services to them, and even acquiring our Queerify accreditation with our staff undergoing LGBTQIA+ training.

The world is changing, and needs are different now than they were two years ago.

So we are bringing our ‘Help us to Help You’ Survey back for 2026, and we want to invite YOU to have your say in the future of mental health support in our community.

Whether you have a lot to say or not much at all, we want to hear it all. Your voice, experience and insights are so important to us.
